SiChuan food from my home town

After I am going aborad, I realise that, SiChuan food is one of the most popular food in foreign countries. I like it, which is not only the food of my hometown, but also it consist of innovation and arts. For example, some simple food, which is not exactly simple to make. Because we should consider the cutting skill, degree of the heating and the ingredient.
Today, we have so many chioces, when we go into the SiChuan food restaurant. We can have the traditional food. Such like.

 Kung Pao Chicken.


Like the food above are very traditional. But, due to satisfied the customer in the more competitive market. We can be given more surprise.
